Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation made before 3 days of check-in: If you cancel your reservation before 3 days of the check-in date, the full amount will be charged as cancellation fees, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation made 7 to 15 days prior to check-in: If you cancel your reservation 7 to 15 days prior to the check-in date, only 20% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

We encourage our guests to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or modify their reservation. By doing so, you not only help us manage our inventory more effectively but also allow us to accommodate other guests who may be on our waiting list.

Please note that failure to cancel your reservation in advance may result in the full charge of your booking amount.
